I trust in the universe that I will be provided for and I live accordingly,  This principle has guided my life for  four years, and I can say t has drastically reduced my anxiety.  Things were not always this way of course, as I have undergone a major transformation in my life.  Since I began to really LET GO,  Surrender to the will of the higher forces, Trust and Love myself fully,  EVERYTHING has changed.  I am a living example, and I'm sure there are others out there.  I have a daughter, I've been entrusted a little soul and hope to do my best as her guide.  I am a Kripalu Yoga teacher and I live in the enchanted Mayan city of Copan (or the rests of it anyway),  My partner and I have a holistic healing clinic  www.seedoflightcopan.com   there and have many great projects unfolding that involve healing, Mayan cultural revival, and music.
